It does not contain harmful metal chromium, so as to avoid environmental pollution and harm to operators. The new catalyst has been used by furfural alcohol plants, showing good activity and selectivity. It has completely replaced the chromium catalyst after adjustment of process technology. The catalyst does not need to be roasted in the production process, and can be recycled and reused, making the whole industrial chain free of pollution and non-toxic.
