（2） Adhesive
Performance characteristics:

 Fast drying speed, high strength, low gas output, easy to use; suitable for bonding and repairing of resin sand, water glass sand, oil sand and other cores.

4)  Self-hardening Sand Release Agent
Performance characteristics:

The appearance is silver-white suspension liquid, which has the advantages of fast volatilization and demoulding effect. It can be used continuously for 5-10 times in one spraying, which can effectively prevent the resin sand and water glass sand from sticking to the mold.

Instructions for use：

Shake the release agent before use, clean the surface of the model, apply the product to the surface of the model by spraying or brushing, and fill the sand after the coating surface is dry.

 Packaging and storage:

The release agent is sealed in iron drums, 2.5Kg/drum, net weight 15Kg per carton. The product contains volatile and flammable organic solvents, pay attention to sealed storage, away from fire and heat sources, should be stored in a ventilated and cool place, the shelf life is 6 months.

(5)  Silicon Carbide Foam Ceramic Filter

性能特点    Performance characteristics:

 1. Slag filtering to reduce the harm of slag to castings. 2. Filter out bubbles in the metal liquid.3. Rectifying, reducing the secondary oxidation and suction of the molten metal, and improving the quality of castings.

 Application: 

Suitable for casting of ball milled cast iron, gray cast iron and copper alloy.

(6) Breathable rope

 Performance characteristics:

Hollow rope woven from polypropylene fiber, placed in the sand mold, is conducive to the smooth discharge of the gas generated during the casting process and prevents blowholes in the casting.
