Characteristic:
1. Good fluidity, easy to mix sand, smooth casting surface, high dimensional accuracy.
2. Low free aldehyde content, low odor during operation, less smoke, with better environmental performance.
3. It can be used for the production of cast steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metal castings. It has excellent curing properties, high strength, good permeability, and easy release.
4. The sand mold is easy to break up and regenerate, reducing the casting cost.
Packaging and storage:
Sealed plastic drums with a net weight of 1000kg or iron drums with a weight of 230kg should be stored in a cool and dry place to avoid heat and direct sunlight; the resin cannot be directly mixed with acidic substances such as curing agents, otherwise it will cause a violent reaction.
